The First Day

Today was not the beginning of the end but the beginning of something very unknown, exciting, and extraordinary. This year of 2019 will include a high school graduation, an eighteenth birthday, and my first semester of college. How this is all coming to be is out of my comprehension, and while I may be apprehensive, this is where my life is leading me. Faith and guidance from my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has led me to this very moment. At this single second in time, you are reading, breathing, and thinking. At this very moment in time, we are living on a beautiful planet named Earth orbiting around a living star. We are zooming through space 1.3 million miles per hour, and yet we are simply and peacefully here at this one unparalleled twinkling of time. This first day is a beginning, and I am enthusiastic and nervous to take my next monumental step.

"In Words" is dedicated to being a creative outlet for me and a freedom for my writing to run boundlessly and breathlessly. Also, may this blog be used as light in darkness, positivity in the negativity, and an umbrella in the rain.
